Knowing when to call after a date is something that a lot of men and women struggle with. You will find that a lot of different people have a lot of different opinions on when it is the best time to call somebody after a date. Basically it all comes down to you and what you feel the most comfortable with.
Too Soon
Calling somebody too soon can make you seem over eager and a little desperate. This is something that a lot of people struggle with. The other argument is is that if you really like a person that you want them to know. You don’t want the person that you like to be sitting by the phone wondering if you are going to call them. Usually you can prevent this gray area by simply sending a text in the next day or 2 letting them know that you had a good time.
Too Long
If you end up waiting too long to call back then the person that you aren’t calling will eventually lose interest. Some think that waiting up to a week before calling will keep you from looking too eager. However, it could also end up making you look completely and totally uninterested. If you want to show this person that you had a good time then try not to wait too long to do so.
Other Options
If you had a really good time with this person and felt a strong connection then waiting is something that you may not want to do at all. Call when you feel it’s right.
